  We had some issues with placing an order on line. However the manager was there to greet us and she was very nice. She placed our order immediately, we sat at the counter and had milkshakes whilst we waited. All said and done our order was to go and she added all of the condiments needed plus some extra. Cutlery was all there. The order was hot and very tasty. Our burgers were delicious and much better than a McDonald’s or Burger King order and the wait/cost were about the same. I’m pleased and will definitely return to this location.

  The food is good if your not looking for a five star restaurant. It really depends on the server to make a better judgement on the service. The ones that been there for awhile are great.

  I hope this finds someone because I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. I ordered all you can eat pancakes and was only given two. The fork I was given had food residue on it and the water didn’t even seem like it was clean either. Now my biggest concern was how unruly the employees acted they did not speak to me or anyone else there in a professional way. I was spoken to like I came off the streets. Not to mention why no one in that dennys could have a conversation because all the employees were too busy having their own side conversations. Unfortunately I was able to understand them even though they were speaking in another language they didn’t realize that I could understand them. What they were saying wasn’t too pleasant either. I’ve already decided I would never step foot into this location again but something has to be done about the staffing because that was a huge disappointment and I or another customer shouldn’t have to deal with that. Try putting a secret shopper in there for a couple weeks and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

  Place is clean and tidy but didn’t feel a real sense of direction from any of the employees. They all looked stressed and I felt as if everyone was just “winging it”. I ordered pick up. Came 20 min late and I waited for 40 min only to find out my food had been sitting on the rack the whole time. In that 40 minutes 2 people had to be escorted out. They looked homeless. Just not a good feel not professional Someone needs to get a grip on this location

  Not enough waitresses. Later a second waitress showed up and made a negative remark because I used my AARP card for the 15% discount. She had a very negative attitude and was very impatient with the first waitress who appeared to be new. The food was good. The restaurant itself was not kept in the manner that I am accustomed to seeing when I go into a Denny's restaurant. No carpet on the floor and poor service. Thanks anyway but I will not be going back to this Denny's.
